On-Call Nanny Services are available for

• fill in for your nanny
• daycare closures
• sick childcare
• date nights
• and any other temporary childcare need

Families that use our On-Call service choose one of two options: Membership or Non-Membership. Annie’s Nannies Household Staffing fees are collected by credit card or check and paid directly to the agency. We cannot 100% guarantee a caregiver placement every time. We do get booked on occasion during busy periods such as cold/flu season and holidays. All member families are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.

On-Call Fees:

Member Fees:

• Annual Membership Fee: $250
• Daily Placement Fee: $20 per day*
• Overnight Placement Fee: $30 for a 24 hour period
• Holiday Placement Fee: $10 additional charge

* Emergency Fee: additional $15 for same day or next day service.

Membership Benefits:

• ANI Member Rewards (seasonal specials and incentives for our Member families)
• Priority status over Non-Members on busy days
• Ability to request specific Nannies
• Overnight Nannies
• On-Going Placements (Same nanny on a set schedule for 2 weeks-6 months or more)
• Access to the On-Call cell phone for after-hours emergencies
• Reduced rate on daily placement fee

Non-Member Fees:

• Daily Placement Fee: $40 per day*
• Overnight Placement Fee: $60 for a 24 hour period
• Holiday Placement Fee: $10 additional charge

*Emergency Fee: additional $15 for same day or next day service.

Nanny Wages:

• $14-$16/hour for 1-3 children (four hour minimum per day)
• $17/hour + for 4 or more children or additional duties (four hour minimum per day)
• Overnight Rate: $150-$450 (per 24 hour period)
• Each family employs the nanny. However, the family is not required to withhold taxes from the nanny’s salary unless they pay the temporary nanny more than $1,800 per year. If the family chooses to claim the temporary nanny, they should request the social security number at the time of service from the nanny. Annie’s Nannies Household Staffing does not provide social security numbers.

On-Call Hourly Fee: $28-30/hr*
*Includes agency fees and Nanny wages. Paid directly to the agency by Visa/Mastercard. Rates may vary depending upon the number of children.
