The Screening Process begins with the initial call or email. Applicants that meet our *minimum eligibility requirements are asked to first complete an extensive application, and then scheduled for an in-person interview at the office.

Acceptance
Once the applicant successfully completes all stages of the screening process they are added to Annie's Nannies Household Staffing queue of available candidates.

Clients may be shown a candidate at any stage in the screening process, however, all offers of employment are contingent upon a clear and complete check.

* Minimum Eligibility for Household Staff

• At lease one year of professional experience in their job field
• At least three professional employment references
• Non-smoker
• Valid driver's license (please note, many jobs require a car as well)
