We offer a variety of temporary professionals for special events such as meetings, conferences, weddings, as well as other locations such as hotels, worship centers, etc. This includes childcare, party helpers, and temporary chefs.
Event Childcare:
Annie's Nannies Household Staffing will provide the highest quality childcare for your event, tailoring activities and services to your specific needs based on the number and ages of children. Dependable Nannies on-site allow your customers or guests to relax and enjoy the event!
Nanny Ratios:
When determining the number of caregivers needed for your event, keep in mind the following ratios which, while not absolute, are helpful in the initial planning process
Infants/Babies (up to 18 months) 1:1 to 2:1
Toddlers (up to 3 years) 3:1
Pre-School (up to 5 years) 4 to 5:1
School Age (up to 14 years) 6 to 8:1
Childcare Event Fees:
Our service is customizable, depending on the needs of your event. Annie’s Nannies employs and pays the nannies on your behalf. We are licensed and insured. Please contact us to discuss your event and to receive a customized estimate. Age appropriate toys and activities can be provided for an additional fee. We are also able to provide a nanny supervisor for events requiring more than 3 nannies. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date.

Party Helpers/Temporary Chefs:
Party helpers can do everything from helping to prepare and display/serve food, to tear down/clean up. Temporary Chefs are available for large or small events, and can help plan menus, grocery shop and prepare and present meals.
Event Fees:
Rates vary depending on the size of the groups and situation.
- Agency Placement Fees - $40 per day per staff
- Holiday Placement Fee: $10 additional charge
- Party Helpers/Temporary Staff Wages: $15-$35 per hour (four hour minimum)
