The Screening Process begins with the initial call or email. Applicants that meet our *minimum eligibility requirements are asked to first complete an extensive application, and then scheduled for an in-person interview at the office. |

Annie’s Nannies Household Staffing uses “Behavior-Based” interviewing techniques to obtain a comprehensive understanding of an applicant's experience and personality. |

Background Check
Annie's Nannies Household Staffing runs a 7-year state-by-state Criminal check and Driving record check through PFC Information Services. Annie's Nannies Household Staffing also runs a Social Security number verification, and Sex Offender registry check. We also run an online presence evaluation. |

Acceptance
Once the applicant successfully completes all stages of the screening process, they are added to Annie's Nannies Household Staffing queue of available candidates.
Clients may be shown a candidate at any stage in the screening process, however, all offers of employment are contingent upon a clear and complete check.
* Minimum Eligibility for Household Staff
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in their job field
- All work references checked, including a minimum of three childcare references from the past five years for childcare positions
- Verification of Infant & Child CPR training
- Verification of driver’s license and car insurance (if applicable)
- Non-smoker
