Suzanne Royer McCone, our President and Placement Director, built Annie's Nannies with her mother, Annie Davis. Having worked with thousands of families and providers, she is the expert in the field. As the mother of two children, combined with over twenty years of experience in the childcare industry, she understands the need for quality and convenient childcare options.

Teah Achman, our Placement Director, works with families and businesses to arrange On-going and long-term nannies, household staff, and event childcare. She also assists Annie with advertising, public relations, and business development. As a working parent, Teah understands the challenges of balancing a career and childcare. She has a BA in Communications from Washington State University.

Kelly Krumdiack, our Staffing Coordinator, is responsible for the interviewing and screening of all our applicants. She has several years of experience as a nanny and household manager. With her background and education, she has developed a keen understanding of the value of quality childcare. Kelly holds a MA in Elementary Teaching from Seattle Pacific University.
